About us
Social Care Exchange orSCE is the trading name for HFHC Partnering Limited (CRN 5821997) which currently operates from the Social Care Exchange in Lincoln (www.socialcare.exchange).
The Social Care Exchange is a resource centre in Lincoln, for those working in the health and social care sector, those seeking employment or providing services in the sector, or a user or potential user, individual or otherwise, wishing to source specialist health and social care services or support.SCE is focused on providing facilities and encouraging companies and individuals to develop and provide services that improve the health and social care sector and to enable an exchange of this information with/to others.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and we will be the ‘data controller’ for the purposes of data protection law in relation to any personal information we hold about you.
We are committed to maintaining high standards of confidentiality in relation to the information provided to us.
This privacy policy is designed to provide information about our practices concerning the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in the course of our pursuit of our objectives.

In the course of pursuing our objectives, we will need to collect and process various types of personal information for various purposes. We may obtain personal data from a variety of sources, but primarily from those referred to in previous section.
Given the nature of our business and the services we provide, we actually collect a very limited amount of data from you. What we do collect and process are your contact details, contact details of individuals within your organization (if applicable) and information relating to activities/events you may be interested in. We collect the information in order to ensure the smooth and efficient provision of our services, either with your specific consent, to the extent required, or where we have a legal basis to do so.

- Registering you as a member of the SCE directory, which is displayed on our website;

- Delivering relevant website content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of the directory for you
