Our expert in-house team will look after you every step of the way from your first enquiry to booking your event, organising room layouts, catering options and AV equipment. The first point-of-contact when holding an event at The Social Care is Facilities Manager Laura Elliott.
With many years spent organising high-profile dance events, Laura is passionate about customer service and enjoys liaising with teams and clients to ensure your day goes smoothly. The meticulous level of detail gained from training in and teaching ballet and contemporary dance, is an ideal background for her liaison role at The Social Care Exchange.
What do you love about your job?
Working at The Social Care Exchange is more than a job as I enjoy working with and meeting new people on all levels. On a daily basis, I interact with all the teams at the Social Care Exchange from cleaning and recruitment to learning development and IT.
What has been a highlight at The Social Care Exchange so far?
I thoroughly enjoyed our launch event back in November last year. Great conversations, new connections made, all by showcasing the new state of-the-art venue which I am very proud to be a part of. I cannot wait to witness the impact that the Social Care Exchange will have on the community of Lincolnshire.

I am so impressed with the model demonstrated by the Social Care Exchange. It is people focused, welcoming and positive, this is backed up by hi-tech and modern well equipped facilities.
