This informal Community Exchange event is a great opportunity to meet healthcare specialists, talk to recruitment advisors, learn more about the roles available in the sector and even interview for live jobs.

With the opportunity to meet both in-house and agency recruiters, the event offer the chance to discover the variety of roles and opportunities available within the healthcare sector.

Our in-house recruiters offer opportunities for full time roles working with adults with learning disabilities, with progression opportunities and exemplary training. If you are interested in more flexible ways of working, our agency recruiters are looking for dedicated, experienced and skilled care workers to provide excellent support to their clients across Lincolnshire, working with older adults, those with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Flexible roles may be particularly suitable if you are studying, or have care responsibilities giving you the opportunity to choose your own schedule.

The health and care sector currently employs 24,000 people across Lincolnshire, with scope for excellent career opportunities and growth. The sector is diverse – from roles such as nursing which require professional qualifications to support and maintenance teams which require vocational (work related) qualifications.

If you are just beginning your career in care, the importance of your personal attributes – ability to work as part of a team, willingness to learn and a genuine care for others - will be key to success in landing you a role. You may have developed relevant experience by caring for a loved one or have a keen interest in health.
