Health and Social Care Information Event – Exhibitors Announced!
We are delighted to announce the following organisations will be exhibiting during the Health and Social Care Information Event at the Social Care Exchange on Saturday 16th November, 10am – 2pm.
Lincolnshire County Council Fostering & Adoption – a small regional team looking to recruit volunteers across the country, with roles ranging from permanence, task centred, sibling groups, additional needs and respite.
Lincolnshire Care Association (LinCA)– ensures that there is quality and choice in the provision of care services within Lincolnshire. LinCA provides accessible information, advice, support and development opportunities to care providers to enable them to respond to changing needs through the provision of innovative quality services.
Voluntary Centre Services – operate accredited Volunteer Centres in Lincoln, Gainsborough and Sleaford - dealing with over 2,000 volunteer enquiries each year. They offer help to anyone wishing to set up a group, funding advice and access to news and networks in the voluntary and community sector. The organisation also has an active team of invaluable volunteers working alongside staff to deliver services across each district.
Linkage - for over 40 years the charity has delivered specialist education, care, employment and support services throughout the county. Linkage supports young people and adults with learning difficulties and disabilities to learn, develop and achieve their aspirations in life.
NW Counselling Hub - Counselling support for 4yrs old and upwards, young people, adults, couples and families. Training and COD events for training counsellors and qualified counsellors. Volunteer roles available include Admin Volunteers and Assessments Volunteers.
The Well Centre – a private Psychiatry Clinic in Lincoln with specialists in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental health difficulties arising from biological, psychological, and social circumstances.
Say Hello – a charity set up to help adults with learning disabilities overcome loneliness
and social isolation. Based in Lincolnshire, Say Hello facilitates recreational and leisure activities, helping bring people together to socialise, make friends, learn new skills and have fun!
Dial A Ride – provides transport for individuals that are disadvantaged through age or disability, improving their quality of life and independence. Dial A Ride provide travel to medical appointments, shopping, social events or visiting friends or family.
Lincoln Pandas – a volunteer led group using lived experience to provide support for parents and parents-to-be who are experiencing perinatal mental illness including; anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Lincoln Pandas run monthly support groups and provide advice and support as well as signposting to other local or national services.
Livali – a small independent enterprise providing quality social care for vulnerable people, supporting all ages inclusive of those with physical and learning disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health needs and older people. Livali supports people to have the life they choose, maintaining independence in their home and community, supporting with hobbies and work, providing respite care or companionship and advocacy.

HFHC Healthcare specialises in Complex Care, Elderly Care, Dementia Care, End of Life Care, Palliative Care, Mental Health and Learning Disability Support. Immediate vacancies are available in Lincolnshire for a wide range of healthcare jobs, including Care Workers, Support Workers, Palliative and Clinical Carers, Nurses and Senior and Supervisory roles.
