Final Volunteering Expo Workshop Announced!

Come and discover how volunteering can help mental health at the Spring Volunteering Expo on Saturday 9th March at the Social Care Exchange.

‘Mental Health and Why Volunteering Helps’ is a free workshop hosted by NW Counselling Hub, taking place at 12.15pm. This engaging talk will give an insight into how volunteering can be beneficial for your own mental health and wellbeing. There will be discussions on mental health as well as tips on healthy wellbeing and an insight into the work of NW Counselling Hub. To join this fascinating talk, book your free place here.

The Volunteering Expo is a drop-in event from 10am-2pm, showcasing the regions leading organisations looking for volunteers. Meet and discuss opportunities with charities including Samaritans, Home Start, Assist, Umbrellas, Linkage, Adults Supporting Adults, NHS Blood & Transplant and Lives as well as vital regional organisations such as Lincolnshire Action Trust, NW Counselling Hub, Total Voice, Dial A Ride, Lincolnshire County Council Fostering & Adoption and Voluntary Centre Services. The Cats Protection, UK's leading feline welfare charity will also be attending.
