The Social Care Exchange, 1 Low Moor Road, Lincoln, LN6 3JY.
This event will be an opportunity for parents, carers’ and care professionals across Lincolnshire to talk to different services and providers. Come and explore the different adult care options, and talk and share first-hand experiences about the move from children’s to adult services.
There will be information stands about further education, housing, advocacy, family support, employment, day services and respite. You can also take part in a variety of workshops:

6pm – Ann de Savary – ‘Transition Q & A’s’
6:30pm – Steve Green – ‘Mental Capacity Act’
7pm – Dawn Maplethorpe – ‘Positive Behaviour Support’
