Our 'Carers Cuppa' events will provide an opportunity to socialise with other carers over a free tea/ coffee and to also find out how we can support you.

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.

Caring can be a rich source of satisfaction in people's lives. It can be life-affirming. It can help deepen and strengthen relationships. It can teach you a multitude of skills and help you realise potential you never thought you had.

But without the right support caring can have a significant impact. Evidence shows that caring can cause ill health, poverty and social isolation. This is why the focus for Carers Week 2019 is getting carers connected in their communities to the right support and information.

Please visit www.carersweek.org for more information.

Free to attend.
